How to use Fuel Finder

⛽ Finding cheap fuel

Type a ZIP code, city, or address and hit Search — or allow location access and the app finds stations around you automatically. Prices come live from GasBuddy and refresh about every 30 minutes. The list shows the cheapest first, with a CHEAPEST badge, how far each station is, and how old the price is.

📍 GPS & the map

When location is allowed, a blue dot marks where you are. Browsers only allow GPS on the secure address — use https://ff.corenet.systems. Tap any station in the list or on the map to see all its prices.

⭐ Best pick

The blue card at the top recommends the station that's actually cheapest for the drive: pump price plus the fuel you'd burn getting there and back. A rock-bottom price 15 miles away often loses to a close runner-up. Tap Directions to navigate there.

🚗 Your truck

Set your year, make, model, and engine. The app then searches the right fuel automatically (diesel trucks search diesel, premium engines search premium) and shows cost per 100 miles next to each price. Heavy-duty trucks (F250/F350, Silverado HD, Ram HD) are included with estimated MPG — or use manual entry and type your own real-world MPG. Sign in and your truck follows you to any device.

💲 Fixing a wrong price

Spot a price that's off? Tap the station and Suggest the right one (sign-in required). A suggestion goes live once 4 people confirm it or an admin approves it — until then it shows as pending with a Confirm button for others. This keeps the listed prices trustworthy.

👤 Accounts

Create a free account to save your truck and fuel type, and to suggest or confirm prices. Admins see a 🛡️ queue where they can approve or reject pending price suggestions.

📱 Install on your phone

Open https://ff.corenet.systems — on Android, Chrome offers Install app; on iPhone, Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. You get a full-screen app with its own icon.
